OurJay team complete their Basic First Aid qualification

Gonna be totally honest, this was hard for us all, but so so important!

With all the OurJay team out there delivering so many CPR/Defibrillator Information and Awareness sessions, we all wanted to make sure we are learning as we go along. We all felt it was important that we re-qualified in our Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid and who better to do this training with, than our friend, Kevin at Cardiac-Health.

So many things change all the time in this training and each and every one of us learned something new.

We are proud to have completed this training as a team and we were glad we could have Billy alongside us too.

It’s tough doing the practical CPR and even for us to hear a defibrillator, but how can we possibly spread awareness of the importance of defibs, if we’re not all willing to use them and have confidence in them ourselves.

We laughed, we cried, but we all felt Jamie beside us for this whole day 💙🩵💙
