Phoebe's first outing!

This morning I went to spend some time with the lovely ladies at The Nail Retreat, Hillmorton.

After a conversation , whilst having my nails done, they all said that the whole team would really appreciate learning about CPR and defibrillators, as they don’t feel too confident about ever having to access their nearest defibrillator, down the road at Rugby Railway Club

We talked about Jamie, we talked about CPR and most importantly, we talked about defibrillators. The whole team took part in the CPR/AED demonstrations and they all enjoyed being part of Phoebe’s first ever event!

All the team have now told me they would be confident to have a go at using these new life saving skills and although they hope they never need to, they would all use CPR and a defib if they were ever in that awful situation where they needed to 💙🩵💙
